Klienta ieguvumi
- Short implementation phase from the planning up to the implementation.
- Avoiding damage to re-usable construction materials in the scaffold assembly through prior application of 3D scaffold planning and the BIM methodology.
- Simple lattice girder assembly due to light, manageable ULS Flex system parts.
- Flexible adaptation to the complex geometry of the choir in the metric system grid.
- Short transport routes and on-schedule supply of materials due to regional proximity.
- Fast assembly and high security due to the application of system components.
PERI risinājumi
- 3D laser scanning to measure the interior and transfer of the 3D building model into PERI CAD as the basis for the scaffold planning.
- The 13,000 m³ PERI UP birdcage scaffold with no anchorage in the choir of Ulm Minster – to protect the historic building structure.
- Safe, parallel working on the choir stalls and the choir vault through tiered working surfaces and access possibilities using PERI UP Flex.
- Access and vertical material transport via hoist and a stair tower integrated in the scaffolding construction.
- Modular ULS Flex lattice girder for bridging – for instance of the Minster entrance and construction container.
- 71 m high work and safety scaffold with integrated 7 m high heavy-duty platform.
